What to write to us about
The most useful messages are easy to act on. If you hit a bug, tell us which calculator you used, roughly what you entered, what result you expected and what you actually got — plus the browser and device you were on. These details let us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.
We also welcome suggestions for new calculators and corrections to any formula, statistic or source you spot on a page. If something looks wrong, that is exactly the kind of message we want to read.
How we use your message
When you press “Send message”, the form posts it to our server only to forward it to our inbox at [email protected] — it is not stored in a database or archive afterwards. Your email address is used only to reply to you; we never add you to marketing lists or share it with third parties.
What we cannot do is give medical advice, interpret your personal results or put together a plan for you. For those questions, the useful address is your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider, not our inbox.
